Randi has been in the industry for 19+ years where she started at a salon off Main Street in Williamsville. It was always a dream of hers to open her own location in the village where she has now owned Shear Passion Hair Salon & Spa for 12 years. Certified colorist with both Lanza and Goldwell color as well as specializing in Babe Tape In Hair Extensions.

Allison has been in the industry for 17 years! She is certified in Goldwell Color and Specializes in highlights, balayage, and modern men’s cuts. It is her passion to “Make her clients look and feel beautiful when they get out of her chair” . Allison has a great personality and loves to joke around. It’s always fun when she is around.

Sherry has been in the industry for 25 years and has been trained as a Goldwell Certified Colorist. Her passion is inspiring people through color and building relationships with her clients. Sherry worked at the same salon for 20 years  and “finally found her forever home” at Shear Passion. Her smile and kindness brightens up every room she enters. We couldn’t have asked for a better stylist to join our family.

Maria has been in the industry for 8 years! She loves every aspect of her job but specializes in blondes, cutting, and Brazilian Blowouts. Her personality lights up every room she walks into!
